Workflow
For the participants, all plans must be approved (e.g. by the architect).
The plans can only be loaded by the project participant into an “upload area”,
this area is not public – only after approval (positive decision – green light) the plans are automatically moved to the public area
and can be downloaded and/or printed by the other project participants.
Kategorisierung
Files are categorized according to a given key. Categories are independent of the file name. The advantage is that (via the filter function) all matching records can be searched for based on the categories. Depending on the definition, a category designation may only occur once in the project space.
